March Madness

The month of March was pretty crazy this year: Easter, family drama, visiting families, planning the Europe trip, a week of double time at work for me, and several days of overtime for Vân. Still despite all the craziness, we were able to go to Knott's and attend a friend's wedding.

Knott's Berry Farm
Happiest Place West of Anaheim

Apart from one trip with ALP during Halloween Haunt, I haven't been to Knott's since I was a little kid. At that time I didn't know how cool roller coasters were. So when Vân and I went, I made sure we went on Montezuma's Revenge and Boomerang. GhostRider, however, was absolutely the craziest of the rides we went on. If I didn't have a belly full of chocolate fudge sundae, we would have probably went on Accelerator and Silver Bullet. Maybe next time.

Princess's Wedding
or: Where we met the coolest guy in the world

We also just attended a wedding for a friend of Vân. Michelle and Evan were there, too. I also met some of Vân's other friends:

I also learned that Filipino people really like to line dance and - like most Asians - love to sing.

The best part of the evening, however, was seeing the coolest guy in the world - their photographer. He stood with authority, dressed like James Bond, and shot his camera gangsta style.
